The provision of claims for a service refund are based on the physical occurrences compared to those advertised. The statements in the adverts are those of the advertisers and the terms conditions and guarantees are those of the service provider. In the event that you (The customer) need to complain we will pass on the complaint to the address the service provider  gave. The contract of service is between the customer and the service provider.

 

This is except for the services provided by Dawn Heart Media. In the unusual event that you have a complaint any where we are remiss; we will reimburse you for the items that were under the advertised standard. Some variations may exist seasonally or due to circumstances beyond our control. It is our hope that any service replacement we have to make will be of a better and more desirable kind. It is the customer responsibility to provide necessary information appropriate to their needs such as disabilities or allergies (e.g. to make up.)

For a product complaint I will pass on any manufacturer refund or response when you have returned the faulty goods to our office.Unless you have a manufacture guarante  no compensation will be given for goods damaged due to your negligence or inappropriate use. During the first 6 months after purchase the normal response of the legal desk is the return of the money that you have spent to purchase and post the item. The maximum amount claimable is the replacement cost of the item new plus postage and packaging.

 

In the event of actual loss of life or limb as a direct circumstance of the products use in the designed manner;we will put forward your legal fees to claim the appropriate response against the most appropriate party in Her Majesties UK Court of Law. Further details will be supplied in response to individual cases.
